Taking a T34 apart is a discovery process. Hopefully my experience will make it easier for you.

Start by unfastening the popout latch. At this point the window may come out of its metal channel at the front.

If that doesn't work you'll need to pull out the back edge of the front window seal to access the 3 small screws holding the qtr window hinges (143-847-319). You need to do this anyway so do it now. In addition to the hinges there's a rubber channel in there that probably want to reuse. T1 Ghias use the same profile but its shorter.

Once you have the window out you need to start working the rubber seal from the channel.

With that out of the way you can get at the bottom seal. It's held in by a metal strip so you have to pry it out from the inside to get at the screws.

At the same time you'll have access to screws holding the post in place.
